How much per square foot do the homes cost?

This is the most common question asked. Unfortunately there is no easy answer. The term "CUSTOM HOME" is used too loosely in today’s market. To us it means giving the client the ability to choose virtually every component that will go into their new home. With this in mind, our homes are priced individually based on detailed product specifications, architectural design, and site conditions.

Lake Front Contracting services Northwest Lower Michigan, including Emmet, Charlevoix and Cheboygan Counties. More specifically, we have projects in Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Boyne, Walloon Lake, Burt Lake, and Lake Charlevoix. We provide full service to all our clients regardless of the location.

How long will it take to build our new home?

Due to the nature of individual projects property location, association guidelines, and weather conditions the timeline will vary from one project to another. However, the average time frame from the start of excavation to the completion of the home, is anywhere from 6 - 12 months.
